Subject: Rome hotel

HI! My son will be in Rome studying for the fall semester. Their classes and rooms are near the Pantheon so I would like to stay in that vicinity. Would maybe like a B&B or something with some local flavor as opposed to a big hotel... Would like to stay under $100 a night. Also wondering about the weather the last week of October.
