I have used this service twice and was quite satisfied with it. I called the toll free number from the U.S. and made the reservations; then you call the toll free number when you land at the airport and they tell you which gate to use to find the van. If you ask for Mark Harris, and tell him you were referred from a travel site, he may give you a discount.
