Subject: Collecting Places and Harbour Cities and Towns
I collect US states. By that I mean either that I spent the night in that state or have driven through it east-west or north-south. By that criteria I have been to 49 out of 50 (only missing Hawaii).

I also collect baseball stadiums. I have 17 but several have recently been replaced by newer venues (San Francisco and Houston). I took the stadium tour on several others but I don't count them unless I saw a game there as well. Note: I am hoping to combine a ballgame at Pac Bell Stadium in downtown SF with the SF GTG later this summer.

As for world class harbour cities, in my personal experiences, nothing is the equal of San Francisco and its neighbors across the Golden Gate Bridge, Sausalito and Tiburon. But, John, the views from Coronado Island looking across San Diego Bay toward the city are pretty spectacular too. Finally, based on the photos I have seen and reports received from my parents and others, I would nominate Honfleur, France for world class harbour town status.

Cheers,
