In my humble opinion, San Francisco. The view of the city, harbour/bay and Golden Gate Bridge from the Marin Headlands (Point Bonita lighthouse) is breathtaking. The views of the bridge from Tiburon/Belvedere are wonderful, too. If bridges count, there is nothing like popping around a corner in San Francisco and get hit with a view of the GGB. Even after many years of annual travel to the area, it's still a thrill (and confirmation of where you are) to see that bridge.
