Subject: Re: B&B in Toronto
Greetings Charles, I was in Toronto A couple of weekends ago (without husband and kids) and stayed with my SIL in her downtown apartment. We ate at some very good restaurants which I will list. ORO, an upscale, somewhat pricey but excellent food. Movenpick (Le Bistretto), this is right across the street from the CN tower and provides good light fare for lunch or a casual dinner. Much better than the food in the tower! Kit Kat, this is a really good Italian restaurant in the theatre district. Very busy, happening place. Not for a quiet intimate dinner! reservations are necessary. Things we did; Shop!!! Go up the CN Tower Shop!! See a Blue Jays game Shop!! Attend a performance of Mama Mia, a musical based on the songs of ABBA. This was great! And yes we shopped some more. Hope this was of some help, if not I enjoyed writing it as it reminded me of the fun we had as I sit her being a mom with a messy house and loads of laundry! Laurie Nixon Cremona, Alberta, Canada
