A couple more:
Highgate in London. The old cemetery is much better than the new, but one needs to be on a guided tour to enter. The new cemetary has Karl Marx, and my special favorite, George Eliot.
Also, the pet cemetery along Bayswater Rd. This isn't all that easy to find, and you can only observe through the gates, but it is worth a look. It's a very sweet place.
Portofino: this is the prettiest little cemetery with a wonderful statue of an angel.
Taos Pueblo: they put new people in the same few graves, and lean the old stones up against the fence. Surprising.
Ciao, Debbie in Pittsburgh (where we have a couple of great cemeteries; Homewood is very cool)
