According to the strike calendar (in Italian) on cnnitalia.it , the train strike in Italy on July 5 will be from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. I'm not particularly up-to-date on how these happen, but it looks like just one union is taking part, so it may not stop all trains, but there may be confusion.
