Subject: Re: France Train Travel - another question - The answer
I got a rapid responce back from the SBB Contact Center on the question of how to tell what train car and compartment on the night train from Chur to Paris.

Here is their answer:

Snip...

On the reservation you'll find on the right the note WAG 11 : 25 (for example). It means your compartment is in coach (WAG) number ... the bed number ...

All coaches and compartments have numbers (near the door).

My ticket says 02 Betten - WAG 110 : 55 56 - which means Coach Car 110, beds 55 and 56 (It appears the beds are numbered and listed on each compartment). 02 Betten means 2 beds.

The compartment comes with a WC.

Hope this helps out others.

Regards,

Mike
