We also did the three generation trip two years ago. We went to Florida with our daughter, son-in-law, two grandchildren and son-in-law's parents. We rented a house over the internet through Vacation Rentals by Owner http://www.vrbo.com and were very satisfied. The house was in Davenport Lakes, a very short distance from Disney. We were able to daytrip to the Kennedy Space Centre, Busch Gardens, and Disney. Lots of excellent restaurants nearby, shopping malls, fruit stands, etc. The gentleman who owned the house lives in England. When we got there, the fridge contained milk, half a dozen eggs, bread and butter to get us through the first morning in case we hadn't stopped for groceries.

This site has worldwide accommodations. We were extremely pleased with our experience and it was very reasonable. The house rents for $550 per week U.S. year round and had three bedrooms, 2 baths, an enclosed swimming pool, dishwasher, washer and dryer, VCR, barbecue, air conditioning, etc. We were able to sleep 6 adults and 2 children very comfortably. The house was also very well equipped with dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, etc. We brought our own linens and towels. We had to send a deposit and then put a security deposit on the house after we arrived but got the money returned within 2 weeks of returning home.
