Subject: Re: Bath restaurants
A great choice in Bath is the Olive Tree, the restaurant in the Queensberry Hotel. We've stayed the Queensberry a couple times and both the hotel and the restaurant are wonderful. Here's a description from toptable.co.uk

In its eight years, the Olive Tree Restaurant in the Queensberry Hotel has gained local popularity and national renown as one of the premiere dining places in Bath. The hotel is Regency, but the restaurant is an oasis of calm modernity, with excellent British food served with a great attention to detail in relaxed, informal surroundings. Menu changes frequently. Recent hits include starter of grilled fillet of red mullet with pumpkin and cardamom risotto, and main course of grilled loin of marinated venison with celeriac and spiced pears.

There are also several good Indian restaurants in Bath.
