Hi, Would love to GTG in Seattle but the day you are here we'll be in Dallas on business. We can recommend some (not to dressy) restaurants. Not sure where you are staying but in downtown our fave is Tango. It does Spanish tapas like no onel else. And save room for dessert and order El Diablo. The greatest use of chocolate in history.

If Tapas are not your bag and you want to taste the best of Seattle cuisine, try any of Tom Douglas's three restaurants. Dahlia Lounge (featured in Sleepless in Seattle), Palace Kitchen or Etta's seafood. All are superb and feature the freshest of ingredients. They are listed above from most expensive to least expensive. Dinner for two with wine will run you about $30-60.

If you can get out of downtown try Cactus in either Madison Park or Kirkland.

Finally, if you really want a once-in-a-lifetime experience book tickets today for Teatro Zinzanni at http://www.onereel.org . It is an incredible extravaganza/dinner show that takes place under a big top, right in downtown. You have to see it to believe it. It is by far one of the best dinners we have ever had (menu designed by the aforementioned Tom Douglas) and the entertainment was beyond belief. Non-stop for three + hours
