|Subject: Toll booths in France or Switzerland|
I don't travel a lot of toll roads in the United States but when I do it is
easy to figure out which lanes to go to for paying the toll and which lanes
are for pass holders.
1. What signs are usually present in France or Switzerland guiding cars to appropriate lanes?
2. What exactly do the signs say (in French or German)? (I am just trying to prepare of this even thought I will mostly be using the back roads.)
3. Do you always pick up a ticket and then pay at the other end when you get off?
4. Can you pay with credit cards? Visa or AMEX? and are these special lanes?
Thanks in advance for your assistance.
