|Subject: Rome to Venice via the 'night train'|
I am still in the process of making all our reservations for our Italy trip in November. In order to try and make better use of time, we thought about leaving Rome in early afternoon to take the train to Venice - spend the night in hotel, then wake up and have early start in Venice. My problem is I cannot find a definite answer as for how long (hours) the trip is from Rome-Venice via the train. I've been told about 5 hours, but if night train is taken, then it can take longer. Any help or information is greatly appreciated! Have a wonderful day!
