Subject: Paris for Kids |
Greetings!
I'm still tracking down things to do in Paris for my trip there next spring with my niece -- she'll have just turned 12. If anyone has any ideas for kids of this age, I'd love to hear them. All the Kids-in-Paris/Families-in-Paris research I've done seems to focus on touring with an under-10-years age group. I'm concerned that these activities will be just too infantile for her. We are planning on all the traditional sites: boat tour, Eiffel Tower, Notre-Dame, Louvre, Versailles, etc. And we'll hit the doll museum, catacombs &sewers. I've also tracked down a fashion show. Megan has expressed interest in the Cirque de Paris -- the whole day where the kids get to participate in circus life. Does anyone know if this is suitable for a 12-year-old? What about the Compagnie Blin marionnettes in Montrouge? Thanks for any help you can give. Janice Toronto |
