Yep, sure did! I live not too far from you also on the eastside.

I have really itchy feet and try to travel as much as possible. I have been to China three times (to adopt), Korea (to adopt), Jamaica, Europe, Mexico, and all over the U.S.

My next trip, compliments of our frequent flyer miles is to Spain and France in the fall. I have never been to these countries and hope to learn more about how to spend my time getting from Madrid to Paris (all in 10 days, too many little kids to leave for too long... see above!) Any suggestions on tour companies for daytrips out of Paris and how best to get from Madrid to Paris? (and must-sees?)

For those interested, I designed a webpage with photos of our most recent trip to China. Here's the link: http://home1.gte.net/seeleyjh/photos.htm

I also wrote a story on my childhood trips back to Nebraska with my family. It was published in last Sunday's Seattle Times. If you are from that neck of the woods or even sat in the back of a 1956 Chevy on a family vacation, my article may bring back some memories. Here's a link to my essay (in 700 words or less!) http://seattletimes.nwsource.com/html/travel/134495634_tressay21.html

Sincerely,
