So on this trip note -- should I prepare for being miserable because it will be freezing? I admit I am used to warm weather, but do enjoy getting all bundled up and experiencing the cold from time to time! Are there people out exploring the cities during the daytime at this time of year?

Any tips you have for me (sights, restaurants, etc.) would be very much appreciated!!
