Does anyone know how much would be the fare by taxi from Melun station to Vaux-le-Vicomte? I know it is about 6 km. from the RER station in Melun. Do the taxis have taximeter or does one have to negotiate the rate with the driver before hopping into the car? Thanks for any information!

By the way, I am a new subscriber and will be going to Hamburg, Paris and Berlin in September.
