|Subject: Zine Rio Restaurants|
Brazilians have a style called rodizio where they cook various meats over an open flame and constantly come to your table to offer you different cuts. You usually have something like a timer on the table which you turn to either green (continue serving) or red which indicates to your waiter that you are ready to stop eating.
Churrasco is what they call the way they cook the meat (over an open flame).
Hope this helps.
