I agree with you regarding the Inn at Pelican Bay in Naples, Florida, we have stayed there and liked it very much.It is a nice four stars family owned hotel .- For me service is a very important part in the appreciation of a hotel and also of a restaurant I might be a little paranoiac but lately I feel as if the majority of the persons that work in the hospitality industry do not care...they simply do not care.
