Thanks so much for the quick responses about Provins. I really value the input from each. I'm thinking, at this point, that we'll include this town in our Paris schedule if we possibly can. It sounds like a low stress out-of-Paris outing. The village events described on the Provins website sound like they'd appeal to a 12-year-old; with luck, we'll be able to catch a few of those next spring.
