Bathrooms in restaurants.... In the UK it seems to me that most toilets are at the end of a staircase... or more than one! But i was in a Weatherspoon's pub in Buxton, Derbyshire where it was on the same level. I walked in and was stunned! most places it seems, may renovate or do up the restaurant and then leave the old toilet as it was previous. This was beautiful! Marble floor, blues and greens, flowers on shelves, sparkling clean. I even took a photo but i don't have it scanned. Can do if you like, contact me privately.
