This is becoming more and more common on real long flights.
I have done a lot of reading on this.
The big thing to do is move. Even in your seat. But get up when you can and stretch. And there is even instructions you can get for in-seat yoga. This is supposed to really help. You can download them from the Jet Blue website. (www.jetblue.com) Jet Blue puts them in all their seat backs. A big help.
