I actually love visiting cemeteries. I also had a big crush on Jim Morrison
(when my friends were all panting over Bobby Sherman) so I had to see his
grave, along with Oscar Wilde. I spent a whole day in LaChaise. When I
first started walking around there - a groundskeeper came up to me and
without me saying anything, he said Come with me and led me to Jim's
I also marked an X on Marie Laveau's crypt down in New Orleans - home of some of my favorite cemeteries. The cemeteries in Iceland had mounded gravesites - I'm not sure if that's because of the frozenness. Some I saw in Denmark have little hedges around the family plots.
