Subject: Check in at the Rome airport - Fernando
Fernando, I can tell you that one. If it's for an international flight, allow 3 hours. They'll tell you two hours, but that's not enough. That airport is a Zoo. There are too many people, too many luggage trollys, no division of lines, so it's gridlock. Well, let me lighten up here a bit. That was on Northwest in September; Delta was as bad. Maybe the other airlines have it under control better. Maybe the day of the week makes a difference. But I'd allow three hours if you want to get the seat you have reserved. I wish you better luck than we had.
