Most of the Spaghetti Houses (it's a small chain, about 5 Italian restaurants all in London) are good. I know there is one on the road from Kensington (it starts out as Kensington High Street, and by the time you get to Knightsbridge the name is something else, in fact, it may be Brompton Road at that point. We've never been disappointed in the ones in the Theatre district, but haven't been to the one in Knightsbridge, but the others are good enough that I would try it without hesitation.
