I saw a great tip on rec.travel.euope newsgroup about web searching. The poster suggested using image searching to find new websites. The recommendation was Google Image search.

Go to www.google.com (or .ca or whatever your browser defaults to), choose the Images tab. Type in your search term (place name, for example). It allows you to pinpoint a few appropriate (and some inappropiate!) sites.

I am a pretty good searcher (I am a librarian) but I hadn't thought of this!
