There will now be screening of all luggage at North American airports. They anticipate that there will be delays and luggage may not go on the same flight as the passenger. I am thinking that I might pack a change of clothes in my carry-on in case this happens.

I am wondering whether European airports as well as North American are anticipating delays. Any news or opinions?
