No luggage lockers are available anywhere in London, as far as I know. The IRA threats before, and the WTC tragedy later, made UK authorities very suspicious. Actually last November I was forced to detour because Victoria subway and train stations were temporarily closed due to unattended package. I guess I remember a storage area either at Victoria train or bus station, but you can easy check it on the Internet*. Bye all
