I have looked at your web site and found it very interesting and helpful.

A friend and myself have travelled quite extensively in Europe, Asia and the US (mainly New York and Chicago).

We are currently planning a three week trip to Spain (Madrid) and Italy (Genoa, Cinque Terre, Rome, Amalfi Coast) starting in April this year. We are travelling by train from Madrid to Rome.

We like to travel independently, base ourselves in a few places and blend in with the locals.
