Stewart and all,

I have done the same thing--cut up a travel book, and when I bring the parts back home, I just put an elastic band around the sections. Usually, though, by the time a book is published it is out of date anyway except for the historical data.

When we went to France once, we carefully removed pages from the Michelin guide and returned them to their spots after the trip.

Copying pages and tossing them as we go is another option we have used, but we hate to contribute to the world problem of where to put it all !

Enjoy, Gretchen, SC
