Subject: Re: Paris Restaurants in the 16th with children
Hi Anne,

There are lots of cheap (and expensive places) to wander in the 16th. Some great areas are off of:

1.) Metro Michel-Ange Auteuil Farmer's market on Wednesday and Sunday in the square just across from Monoprix.

Also the Village D'Auteuil brasserie. It's mid priced, very nice, and has ice cream and kids meals.

Across from the Queen's Hotel (great!) is a green grocer (very good).

For a nice place to eat, L'ans a Coeur. It's more expensive, but small and very good. Say hi to Yaski the poodle for me!

2.) Rue Ribera (Jasmine metro?) Lots of low price places to eat and a Pizza Hut (which is not inexpensive!). The cafe across from the Hotel Ribera can feed your family for $10 or less.

3.) Passy *LOTS* of shopping, brasseries, cafes, etc. For people watching, shopping, low priced eating this is the place to spend a day. The Eiffel Tower is close by and easily walkable. For cheap clothes check out Celio for guys and Etam for ladies. Nice clothes and inexpensive.

Have Fun! Kris
