Maybe my tastes are too simple, but after eating at many expensive restraurants the recipe that still can't be beat for me is:

1/2 Fresh baguette Sliced French Dry Sausage Brie Cheese PelForth

Find a nice park hill, bench, table, etc. - anything with a view. Slice baguette length wise and smear with brie. Stuff in sausage and enjoy. Wash it down with the Pelforth.
