. In some T2 setups, there
are lower compartments, with one bunk above the other, but there
are also upper compartments with berths on the upper level across
from each other, with a ladder in the middle. Think of the setup as
a series of letter T's, with the upper berths being on top of the T
and the lower compartments occupying the space between the T's. If,
for instance, you don't like the idea of an upper compartment, you
should make that clear at the time of reservation.
