|Subject: Re: carrying money & passports|
When my husband and I go on vacations, only one of us carries everything. We have a small backpack where we put the camera and whatever we have to carry. We leave our documentation in the safe at the hotel, and we only carry a photocopy of our passport or ID, depending on which country we are.
We take only one wallet with some change and we put the rest of the money in the money belt. I always take care of wearing the kind of slacks or shorts that make it impossible to notice I am wearing that belt under my clothes.
Itīs not that we are looking around us all the time in case someone wants to rob us, but we prefer to be safe than sorry.
