|Subject: Re: carrying money & passports|
I've used a basic money belt obtained when I did a Rick Steves' trip. It holds cash, checks, credit cards and passports. I have it on the back side of my waist with the zipper next to my body. It's devilish to get into if I have to, but surprisingly comfortable. Usually wear some kind of loose jacket or shirt or sweater which covers it up. With or without money belt, we've had no problems (knock on wood!) but then we are both very careful and try to look as if we belong - no jazzy Travel Smith clothing.
Good luck to everyone!
