Subject: Ryanair
Hello Brenda

Ryanair has a daily flight to London from my town and their prices are really low. I tested them last November and I can't say anything bad about . Of course if they say no frills it's just natural you don't get assigned seats (but they don't overbook, at least in my knowledge), no food or drinks (but who can't live without airline food for a two hour's flight?), a reduced baggage allowance (15kg checked-in, 9 kilos carry-on, if I remember well) and their airports are often a bit out of hand. The plane was newer than the Alitalia ones I use to fly and both the air and ground crew very professional. Nothing to say about Stansted though; the airport is shiny new, the express connection is expensive but fast and I only regret it doesn't run on Sundays for the time being due to tracks work. The coach service to Victoria Station, on the other hand, is cheap but takes some time. Stansted airport has tight security checks and the boarding gates can be be quite a walk, so showing 2 hours before departure makes sense Bye
