Subject: Re: Covered shoulders for Italian churches
Hi Raul I suggest that your cousin buy an ersatz Pashmina (or real if you can afford it) shawl. This is an essential item for travel, it's small and packs well. I carry one on the plane as a cover-up. When visiting churches, your cousin can throw it over her shoulders and it will cover most of her body. It also serves well for the evenings when it is cool. I have many of these and pack according to my wardrobe and location. I have even used mine as a blanket to sleep in those awful times when stuck in an airport. When she's back home, she can use it as a winter scarf, and remember her trip to Italy. Lucy
