Rhode Island is Southern New England, just 45 minutes south of Boston, and I
can tell you that April and May can be cold and rainy. June is probably your
best bet for not too humid weather. Sometimes, it's not warm enough to go
swimming in June, the waters don't warm up until July- August_ September.
The Cape and the Islands are usually 5- 10 degrees cooler than the weather
report for Boston or Providence.
Be sure to include Newport in your visit, lots to see and do there. Don't
forget to let everyone know your dates so we can plan a GTG,
