Subject: Re: Travel books
Greetings

I book that I recently read and enjoyed very much, although it is not a travel book per se, is Adam Gopnik's Paris to the Moon. For me, it was just the right mix of history, personal anecdote, insight, intellectual musing and cultural reporting. I found it to be very entertaining, informative, and thought provoking. I highly recommend this book.
