There are a number of creperies near Gare Montparnasse because that is where the trains depart for Brittany. Crepes or galettes (buckwheat crepes) and cider are typical Brittany specialties. From my time in Paris, none of the creperies stood out, but they were all good. The one that I noted in my file of Paris restaurants is called Ty Briez, 55 Blvd de Vaurigard, 15th (metro: Montparnesse Bienvenue).
I lived nearby in the 7th arrondissement for several months and could recommend some restaurants there if you are willing to walk a bit or take the Metro a few stops. Just let me know and I will be happy to post them to the Zine.
