|Subject: Re: Scotland|
Been away from the group for far too long and been away from travel too. Just booked 2 weeks in London, Scotland and Paris and this message caught my eye on the first time I have been on the site in months.
My wife's ancestral home is in the Scotish Highlands, a castle called Eileen Donan. Very widely photographed so you may know it. It is near the Five Sisters. Our plan is to take a train from London to Edinburgh and from there to Inverness. After that we thought a car might be in order. Has anyone been to this particular castle? Any idea on the best way to get there?
