Subject: Re: Scotland - to drive or not to drive
Hi Joe, we drove through England and Scotland a few years ago, and we loved it. Both countries are beautiful. Sometimes we stopped at a bakery and a grocery and bought meat pies and things to go with it, and had a picnic on the beach or in the park. We also enjoyed some restaurant fare, but really enjoyed our unscheduled journey. We stayed in B+ACY-B's the whole time. The scenery, the flowers, the mountains and the cities are to be enjoyed at your own pace. The only bad thing is that these people drive on the wrong side of the road and you've got to be on your toes all the time.
