Subject: Re: Passports
Hi all

Saw a newspaper article a few days ago about new regulations for Canadian passport photos... seems they do not want to let you smile for the photo anymore. But you can't frown or grimace or anything either! A neutral expression is best, apparently it helps security identify you better. As if passport photos aren't often grim enough!!! Now I suppose when you go through passport control you aren't allowed to talk, laugh, cry (leaving loved ones!) or make any sort of facial expression at all because then you won't look like your photos. It's absurd isn't it? LOL! Wonder if I can get away with a neutral smirk? ;)
