|Subject: Re: Key West In January|
We were in Key West last January and it was HOT so be prepared to pack light clothing. The main street is chock full of restaurants, many of them bars or fast food type, but there are a number of nice spots. Just remember Key West likes to be a party town and the cruise lines drop off thousands of daytrippers each morning.
I'd recommend a stop at the Hemingway home even if you have no interest in him because the guides are highly entertaining and knowledgeable about Key West itself and the home is lovely. You can also visit James Audubon's home. For a foretaste you can visit these websites http://www.hemingwayhome.com/ http://www.audubonhouse.com/
With so many U.S. members on the Zine, I'm sure you'll receive lots of information.
