I recently bought a Minolta DiMAGE XT and am quite happy with it. 3.2 megapixel and literally shirt-pocket size. I have it in my shirt pocket most of the time. Just saw it on Pricegrabber.com for $238 delivered to my door here in PA. I would recommend a larger memory card (I found a 256mb card for $68) and a spare battery (got that for 9.95, plus S& H).
