Candice, you have a remarkable system. I also use email for the purpose
of keeping my essential records handy when traveling.
I do however believe that it is important to stress here that not all types of email accounts would work. The only type that would is IMAP (as opposed to POP3 or worse yet, AOL). You can create folders and sub folders, where you can keep travel info (permanent or temporary). I keep there copies of my wife's and my passports, airline tickets, reservation info, credit cards numbers and non-toll free phone number to the companies to call from abroad. I even keep long term parking coupons there. I wonder if there is any software designed specifically for travel info, for pack rats like some of us... :-) Happy New Year and good traveling. Reuven |
