Subject: Euros and the US and Canadian dollar
Hi, Ziners,

About people's concern's about the falling U.S. dollar, let's remember that the 100-euro hotel room that was $104 U.S. and is now is $127 U.S. is still a whopping $163.31 CDN. And100 euros is a small, basic hotel room in Europe. Frankly, I would be ecstatic if 100 euros was $127 in my currency. Guess everything is relative.

In comparison, this November I stayed at the luxurious Pan Pacific Hotel in Vancouver with an eye-popping view of the harbour and mountains for the conference rate of $135 CDN. Now that's value for money. http://vancouver.panpacific.com/hotel/photo_01.html
