Subject: Re: An Oregon Vacation |
Hi Jerry,
Oregon has the most Covered Bridges West of the Mississippi with over 50 bridges, many of them in the Willamette Valley. These Bridges are surrounded by gorgeous backcountry and are often found in clusters with designated (clear road signs) loop tours. The Cottage Grove area has quite a few, as does the Scio area. I toured them in the mid '90's and really enjoyed it because I was able to see some beautiful country roads and spectacular scenery. Below you will find some links, I hope they help you decide!
