I would recommend focusing on the Yamhill valley for wine tasting and tours. Here is a great web site to help you plan: http://www.yamhill.com/ I would recommend staying in McMinnville for the best selection of hotels/motels and restaurants. There are several tasting rooms such as Carlton Winemakers Studio where you can taste wines from the wineries that are not open. Carlton is not far from McMinnville. You can also visit some wineries although many of the best are not open for tastings. There are several wineries open along the highway from Newberg, Dundee to McMinnville.
We do not play golf so I can't recommend any public links. From McMinnville, it is an easy drive to the coast to Lincoln City. The Bay House restaurant in Lincoln City is excellent. Going south, you will pass by the resort (with golf) Westin Salishan Lodge. I like to stay in Newport. We usually stay a couple of days and rent a condo at Starfish Resort. http://www.ohwy.com/or/s/starfipt.htm Here is a good reference web page for accomodations in the area. http://tinyurl.com/2hx6r From Newport, you can drive back to
Corvallis and the Willamette Valley.
