|Subject: Re: An Oregon Vacation|
I can second the recommendation of the Yamhill area wineries. The wine regions of Oregon and Washington are a pleasant experience that brings back the glory days of the the Napa area of California. You can still walk into a small winery and talk to the owner and vinters. It's easy to avoid the corporate wineries and find the small ones with the more unique wines.
On a bright morning Oregon's wine regions reminds me of an American version of Tuscany. Very nice!
